
Ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1-2/3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, Adobo, bouillon, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, dried parsley, unsalted butter and chicken broth; stir.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- As soon as it starts to boil, cover and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until all the liquid is fully absorbed.
- Let the rice rest for about 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
