Bacon Cracker “Candy”

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a large baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place a baking rack on top of the foil.
  3. Lay the crackers on top of the baking rack in a single layer.
  4. Slice the bacon into fourths.
  5. Place a piece of bacon on top of each of the crackers.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar (as much as you like) on top of the bacon pieces.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until bacon is crisp and the crackers are browned (increase the baking temperature to 275 degrees after the first hour if desired).
  8. Serve warm.
