
Ingredients
- 40 Club Original crackers
- 10 slices thin maple bacon
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup light brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a large baking sheet with foil.
- Place a baking rack on top of the foil.
- Lay the crackers on top of the baking rack in a single layer.
- Slice the bacon into fourths.
- Place a piece of bacon on top of each of the crackers.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar (as much as you like) on top of the bacon pieces.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until bacon is crisp and the crackers are browned (increase the baking temperature to 275 degrees after the first hour if desired).
- Serve warm.
