
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sweetened lime juice
- 1-1/2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or glass measuring cup, add all of the ingredients.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Serve over your favorite Asian-inspired salad.
