
Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 can (11 ounces) Mexi-corn, drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Adobo seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Dipping vessels
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the cottage cheese, corn, green onions and seasonings, and stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour.
- Serve with chips, ideally Nacho Cheese Doritos.
