
Ingredients
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet (1 ounce) Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 can (11 ounces) Mexicorn
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add Ranch seasoning packet and stir until well mixed.
- Stir in the bell pepper, onions, corn and beans and mix until combined.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
